Vintage Inspired Courthouse Elopement in Maplewood NJ

Grace & Adam chose an intimate courthouse elopement with their families in Grace’s hometown of Maplewood, NJ. She spent the morning getting ready at her parent’s apartment up the street from her childhood home. Her vintage inspired lace dress was giving Grace Kelly charm and her Bella Belle shoes with a bow were the perfect touch (and their puppy Bella had a pearl collar to match the occasion.)

The cloudy weather gave the perfect lighting for photos and I chose to photographer their intimate wedding day in a more documentary style than usual.

There were so many sweet moments from the morning walk with her family to the courthouse to their families readings that had all of us in tears. Adam and his family came over from England to celebrate in New Jersey and be a part of their day. Their wedding day was the perfect example of how elopements and intimate weddings are still the most beautiful and special day.
