October Rainy Wedding Day at Erins Pavilion in Springfield IL

Tiffany & Richard’s wedding day it rained off and on in Springfield, IL. Thankfully their venue, Erin’ Pavilion, had big beautiful windows with an overhang so we were able to take their wedding photos outside. Tiffany and Richard had both wanted to have an outdoor ceremony so badly, but the rainy October weather seemed to continue up until 45 minutes before the ceremony. They were both nervous that it wouldn’t clear up, and after a few hours of waiting, we had the perfect break in weather. It was such a relief and all of us were so thankful they could have their dream of an outdoor wedding amidst everything!

Richard and Tiffany met when they were both working at Panera Bread, and they love going to wineries together. Richard proposed while on a trip at Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. On their wedding day, they both had the most laid back attitudes and were just excited to finally be married.

Tiffany’s favorite moment of the day were the speeches during the reception because of all the love and support they felt from family and friends. Richard’s favorite moment was “seeing Tiffany at the end of the aisle about to walk towards me and how beautiful she was in that moment,” cue all the tears <3

They put so much work into all the DIY projects – including homemade candles the bride made as favors for the guests. It all came together to be such a beautiful wedding day. They are looking forward into buying a house together and making it into their home soon!
