Romantic & Classic Intimate Wedding at a Kava Diem Coffee Shop in St Charles, IL

Rebecca & Justin’s romantic and classic wedding day was supposed to be in Texas, but they switched plans last minute to the local coffee shop in St. Charles, IL. You would never have known it was plan B because their day was full of emotions and special touches, and it was such a joyful day!

Rebecca & Justin were set up by Justin’s cousin who is a friend of Rebecca. Justin proposed to Rebecca by putting a lot of special touches with the number of her favorite flowers and the number or diamonds in her ring of her age.

On their wedding day, Rebecca surprised Justin at their first look by wearing her mother’s 40 year old cathedral veil. Justin’s reaction to seeing Rebecca as a bride had the whole family tearing up, and it was both of their favorite parts of their wedding day.

Their wedding ceremony was at Kava Diem, a local St Charles coffee shop Rebecca used to go to often when she lived nearby. Their beautiful outdoor ceremony was officiated by her Uncle Chris which was so special to them both. They hosted a cocktail hour with dances and more tears during some of the best speeches I’ve heard from the family and wedding party. Their speeches highlighted who Justin& Rebecca are, at it was such a beautiful testament of them as individuals and a couple.

At the end of the night, the groom arranged for them to leave for their honeymoon in a white Jeep for the bride because she loves Jeeps (honestly who doesn’t?!) They had a fun send off before leaving for their honeymoon. The entire day was sentimental, and I know that I cried multiple times throughout the day, so I know that this day had to be so special for their friends and family who know and love them. Cheers to the new Mr & Mrs Johnson!
